1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReguCompass, operated by PraxisFamily LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By registering for or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility — Professional Use Only

ReguCompass is available only to qualified healthcare professionals. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you hold a completed professional qualification or recognised degree in a healthcare field, including but not limited to:

• Licensed naturopaths (Heilpraktiker with state approval)
• Medical doctors and specialists
• Physiotherapists and osteopaths
• Nutritional therapists with recognised qualifications
• Other therapists with regulatory medicine training

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this eligibility requirement.

3. Description of Service

ReguCompass is an AI-assisted research and orientation tool that provides knowledge support for healthcare professionals. It draws on a curated regulatory medicine knowledge base and generates responses via the Claude AI (Anthropic).

The service is designed to assist in preparing and accompanying therapeutic decisions — not to replace them. All clinical judgement, diagnosis, and treatment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating professional.

4. No Medical Advice — Disclaimer

ReguCompass does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or any output that constitutes medical or therapeutic advice. All content is for informational and orientation purposes only, based on a curated knowledge database.

PraxisFamily LLC expressly disclaims all liability for any harm, loss, or damage arising from reliance on information provided by ReguCompass, whether to users or to their patients. Content does not claim to be complete, current, or error-free and does not replace individual clinical assessment, physical examination, or laboratory diagnostics.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to ReguCompass requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. All billing is processed by our payment provider acting as Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method in accordance with the payment provider's terms.

Current pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, database entries, analyses, and AI responses generated by ReguCompass are protected by copyright. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Publishing, reproducing, or distributing content to third parties
• Systematic extraction or archiving of content for redistribution
• Commercial use outside your own therapeutic practice
• Feeding content into other AI systems, databases, or knowledge management systems
• Creating derivative works based on provided content

Personal use within your own practice — including printing or saving as PDF for your own patient records — is expressly permitted.

8. Account Security

Your account access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials with third parties — including patients or unqualified staff — is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of misuse.

9. Availability and Modifications

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
