Refund Policy

1. Digital Product — Immediate Access

ReguCompass is a digital subscription service that grants immediate access upon payment. At checkout, you are required to explicitly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge that this waives your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive Article 16(m).

This waiver is collected and recorded by our payment provider at the time of purchase. By completing your purchase and activating immediate access, you confirm that you have waived your right of withdrawal.

2. No General Right of Refund

Because the service is made available immediately upon purchase and can be used from the first moment, we do not offer refunds as a general policy. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable, except as described in Section 3 below.

3. Goodwill Refund for Technical Failure

We will consider a goodwill refund within 7 days of purchase exclusively in cases of verifiable technical failure on our part — for example, if the service was inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours after your purchase and the issue was not resolved.

To request a goodwill refund under this provision, contact us at info@diepraxisfamily.com within 7 days of your purchase, including:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the technical issue experienced

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method via our payment provider.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
